The hotel's location was more Flatiron/Midtown than Chelsea, but safe and convenient for exploring. Small rooms lacked storage and elevator wait times were frustrating. Breakfast was average and overcrowded. Room cleanliness and comfortable beds were highlights. Overall, suitable for short stays for solo travelers wanting a central location with comfy amenities.

The breathtaking views of both uptown and downtown New York from my room at Hyatt Place NYC Chelsea were absolutely captivating. The hotel's terrace with the retractable roof provided a perfect spot to take in the stunning cityscape. The staff's genuine warmth and impeccable service made my stay even more memorable. The modern amenities and comfortable rooms truly reflected the essence of New York City.

Staying at Hyatt Place NYC Chelsea was a pleasure. The location near galleries and the High Line was excellent. Despite minor elevator issues and breakfast crowds, the staff was exceptional. The room was cozy with a great city view. Overall, a comfy and quiet stay in a bustling city.

The breakfast was delicious, with a special mention to the steel-cut oatmeal and bacon. the room was well-equipped for travelers, with thoughtful extras and a super comfortable bed. I loved the great lighting options and the small yet nice shower/bath area. the location was perfect, with an excellent dumpling house and a Whole Foods nearby. the staff were all helpful, friendly, and professional. the outdoor waiting area was convenient for Uber pickups, and the luggage storage was open until midnight.

Hyatt Place exceeded our expectations. the location was fantastic, with easy access to Times Square and other attractions. the staff were friendly and available 24/7, always ready to help. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with housekeeping taking care of it daily. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast options on two levels and the bar with its friendly staff. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing view of the city lights and the Empire State Building from our room, even though we didn't book a city view room. the room was also quiet, with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

we are very grateful that hyatt place was so kind to provide us a room on the 25th floor with a beautiful view of empire state building and champagne for our honeymoon. the location is great with easy access to several metro lines, vessel, and high line. the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. breakfast offered a nice selection of items including scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, and more.

The hotel is in a very nice area, near many attractions. the room had an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline. the breakfast offered many options, including healthy alternatives. the staff at the reception desk was friendly and welcoming.

One aspect that could be improved is the elevator situation. With only a few elevators for a large hotel, guests often experienced long wait times, especially during busy hours.

We had an amazing view of Lower Manhattan from our room on the 40th floor. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Although the breakfast room was busy, we were able to find a place to sit and enjoyed the basic breakfast. we had a great stay at this conveniently located hotel.

The staff was super helpful, they even gave me a free map of the city so I wouldn't get lost in my 2-block walk from the subway. The terrace with a retractable roof was perfect for my 5-minute coffee break.

Oh, and let's not forget the elevators, they were like a thrilling rollercoaster ride, packed with people and going up and down for no reason at all! So much fun!
